- Southwestern vegan wrap: black beans, roasted corn, red pepper, green onion, cilantro, vegan cheddar “cheese” (vegan)
- Kale salad: roasted tuscan, green, red kale, grilled leeks, roasted red pepper, cannellini beans, parmesan cheese, sundried tomato vinaigrette (vegetarian/made without gluten)
- Smoked turkey and asparagus: grilled asparagus, brie cheese, spicy honey mustard, ciabatta
- Chips, fruit, granola bars, cookies
- Soda, lemonade, iced tea, and water
