Alicia C. Raciti is a Service Designer at Charter Communications in Denver, CO. She transitioned from music school student to UX designer in the middle of her collegiate career. Alicia is currently working on overhauling the customer experience for enterprise clients at Charter and organizing UX courses for Girl Develop It Boulder/Denver.
